From Humble Beginnings

Starting as a 2 person ministry in a small one room chapel in the Pocono Mountain region of Pennsylvania, Pastors Sam and Sandy Guido have developed a dynamic ministry which reaches all corners of the globe and has affiliated ministers, ministries and volunteers in even the most remote locations. In addition, they broadcast their weekly radio program across the country via terrestrial radio, and globally through their podcasts.

Corporate Structure

Established in 1987 by Pastor Sam as a small chaplaincy, it was formalized in 1996 and incorporated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA around 2004 as a non-profit/non-stock corporation, Sam Guido Evangelical Ministries International inc has been serving the local community and the world at large as a Christian ministry dedicated to bringing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all, regardless of race, creed, color, nationality, background or social status free of charge.

SGEMI inc NEVER solicits money nor charges any fee for any services of any type for any reason. The ONLY place we accept voluntary contributions can be found on our web site's CONTACT page where there is a PayPal link for anyone who wises to contribute to the ministry. We also receive funding from freewill offerings at in-person speaking events, music concerts performed by the members of this ministry and the sale of SGEMI merchandise. If anyone contacts you soliciting for funds for this ministry, be aware that no one associated with this ministry engages in such activity.

Please contact us if you are solicited for funds for this ministry so we may investigate and if warranted, referred to secular authorities for prosecution.

SGEMI is a non-profit/ non-stock corporation.

This is a TRANSDENOMINATIONAL CHRISTIAN MINISTRY and as such we have members from many denominations, churches and fellowships affiliated with us. No one has to leave or change their denominational affiliation to join us.

Our available speakers will speak to any group, any church, any fellowship anytime, anywhere we are asked.

We require only 6 things from our members:

To believe that:

1: Jesus Christ is King of kings and Lord of lords.

2: The Bible is the inspired Word of God and we study it daily.

3: Christ has died, Christ has risen and Christ will come again.

4: We must love the Lord our God with our whole heart, mind, soul and strength.

5: We must love our neighbor as ourselves.

6: To live a life as far away from and devoid of sin, taint of scandal and with the utmost of integrity, humility, honesty and honor as is humanly possible.
